Mark Gavagan, author of “12 Critical Things Your Family Needs to Know” and “The It’s All Right Here Life & Affairs Organizer,” was born in New York City and grew up primarily in Poughkeepsie (about 60 miles north, in the Hudson Valley region).

He’s a Business/Economics graduate of Utica College in upstate New York with a broad background in business and financial services, while gaining significant experience in recent years as a public speaker. His career includes more than sixteen years as an equity trader, registered representative, entrepreneur, writer and Fortune 100 company manager.

Mark lives in northern New Jersey. He’s married and has two daughters.
